House of Refuge Deliverance Ministries was founded in 2006 with a God-given vision to be a place where people from every walk of life could encounter the life-changing presence of Jesus Christ. Since its beginning, our ministry has remained committed to preaching the uncompromised Word of God, demonstrating His love, and creating an atmosphere where lives are transformed through faith, prayer, worship, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that God is still performing miracles, healing the brokenhearted, delivering those in bondage, restoring families, and empowering believers to walk in victory. Our mission is to lead people into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, equip them through biblical teaching, and encourage them to fulfill the divine purpose God has placed upon their lives.

Pastor Brenda Ingram & Elder Winsor Ingram
House of Refuge Deliverance Ministries is honored to be led by Pastor Brenda Ingram, a faithful woman of God who ministers with compassion, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to biblical truth. Alongside her is Elder Winsor Ingram, whose steadfast faith, servant's heart, and dedication to the Kingdom of God continue to strengthen the ministry.
Together, Pastor Ingram and Elder Ingram have been happily married for 13 years, serving the Lord side by side and demonstrating God's love, faithfulness, and the importance of a Christ-centered marriage.
